SW 2343-M is a medium carbon high alloy steel with qualities such as high purity, high isotropy, high polishability and excellent machinability,with the following characteristics:

• Very low content of non-metallic inclusions and gases, high purity. The steelmaking is based on high-purity and high-quality blast furnace hot metal. With low S and low P alloying material and LF+RH vacuum cycle degassing refining process for smelting, the material purity is guaranteed.
• Uniform hardness and structure, and excellent polishing performance. NADCA# standards are adopted to strictly control the internal quality of the steel, so as to meet the requirements of the material such as high polishability, etc.
